Fido Deserves a Trip Too
As the desire to include pets on family vacations continues to grow, many timeshare resorts are now offering pet-friendly accommodation. Pets generally feel most comfortable with a certain level of regularity. Just the way Fido starts to get antsy as you approach the dog park, your pets are able to sense when they're approaching a familiar destination. While animals do tend to get anxious traveling, with timeshares, you and your furry-friend will be returning to a favored locale every year or every other year, which will help to alleviate some of the anxiety he or she might be feeling.
Find the Perfect Pet-Friendly Timeshare
There are several factors you'll want to consider when selecting the perfect resort for you and your pets. In addition to finding a resort within a reasonable vicinity of the sites and activities that you are interested in visiting, you'll also want to ensure that you're centrally located to activities that fit your pets lifestyle. |

If you're a cat lover, and who isn't, you've probably wanted to own, or at least hold, one of those amazing Persian cats. The Persian is a sort of feline royalty, holding itself high with its regal poses, and specialized pampering.
These long-haired breeds are in fact one of the oldest breeds of cat, and perhaps they have the right to appear snooty. In fact, they can only be called "Persians" if they have an established and registered pedigree. (A pedigree is a sort of selective breeding amongst animals, and where their animal lineage can be recorded and traced). If they don't have that pedigree, then they lose their impressive title, and can only be called domestic longhair cats. |

If you're planning on adopting a dog, you had better be prepared to take care of your companion like its a member of your family. Because, well, it is, and it needs just as much love and affection as your children. A dog isn't an object designed to make a room look good, and it's more than just an accessory to hang off your arm while you're out for a walk. A dog is a living, breathing thinking animal who has feelings like anyone else. |

If someone started talking to you about a Neon Tetra, you would probably automatically assume that they were talking about a new automobile. But, if you were an aquarist, that is to say a tropical fish keeper, you would already know that a neon tetra is a very popular aquarium fish.
You've probably seen these shiny little fishies swimming around in your local pet store. They're the little guys that get along with other non-aggressive fish (did you think they were aggressive?). Often kept with other tetra species, the neon tetra is much happier when he has four or more buddies to swim around with. |

You may have been complimented from time to time on your aquarium, probably more for sunken treasure chest next to the undersea castle, the model of the old-fashioned deep-sea diver with the brass helmet, and most especially for the pretty pebbles at the bottom of the display. Your friends probably don't even know what type of fish you have inside, and wouldn't know the difference between a tiger barb and a tinfoil barb unless there was a map on the outside of the aquarium. |
